2015年5月29日に、関税局（BOC）は、「Customs Memorandum Order No. 14-2015」を公布し、CMO No. 3-2015を取り消し、関税局PEZA登録企業認定に関する規則を次のように改正しました。

輸出入者情報を登録するデータベース「Client Profile Registration System （CPRS）-E2M System」を通してPEZAに認定・登録している全てのPEZA登録企業は、有効化手数料の1,000フィリピン・ペソを関税局Cash Divisionに支払い、その正式な領収書とCPRS登録証明書のコピーを関税局の管理情報システム及び技術グループ（MISTG）に提出することにより、即座に有効化されるものとする。
