2016年4月1日に平成28年度税制改正の事項が施行されました。

国際課税分野では次の事項などの整備がなされます。

• BEPSプロジェクトを踏まえた多国籍企業情報の報告等に係る制度
• 日台民間租税取決めに規定された内容を実施するための国内法
