1. 経済政策パッケージ第２弾で発表されたもので、輸出代金の国内還流促進のため、輸出代金による預金の源泉税を、通常の２０％より引き下げたもの。
2. 輸出代金により作成された、インドネシアの銀行でのドル預金に対する源泉税は１ヵ月物定期預金で１０％、３ヶ月もので７．５％、６ヶ月もので２．５％、６ヶ月以上で０％とする。
3. 輸出代金により作成された、インドネシアでの銀行でのルピア預金に対する源泉税は１ヵ月物定期預金で７．５％、３ヶ月もので５．０％、６ヶ月以上で０％とする。
4. 中央銀行預金証書については２０％とする。
