2017年1月1日より、電子化による行政サービス向上のため、非居住者の個人及び台湾域内に固定営業所を持たない営利事業者への支払い（所得税法第88条規定の所得）を行う源泉徴収義務者は、源泉徴収後10日以内に国庫へ納付を行った後、財政部のウェブサイトよりオンラインでの申告が可能となっています。そのため、従来のような窓口での手続きが不要となり、利用者の事務手続き負担が軽減されました。
