財政部は9月1日に所得税法の改正案を発表しました。最終的には立法院での可決をもって正式決定となりますが、今後の動向に注意していく必要があります。

発表された改正内容は以下の通りです。

・法人税率を現行の17%→20%へ引き上げ

・留保金課税率を現行の10%→5%に引き下げ

・個人所得税における累進税最高率(45%)の引き下げ、控除額の拡大

・両税合一制度の廃止
