平成30年４月18日（水）、電子政府の総合窓口e-Govポータルサイト内の結果工事案件ページにて「国際観光旅客税法施行令について（政令の要綱）」等が公表されました。

本税法の施行により、航空機又は船舶により出国する一定の者（国際観光旅客等）は、出国１回につき1,000円の納税義務が発生することとなります。

本税法の施行日は平成31年１月７日です。
