平成30年7月10日（火）、国税庁ホームページで「OECD租税委員会による「OECD移転価格ガイドライン2017年版」の公表について(平成30年7月)」が公表されました。

OECD租税委員会が平成29年7月に「OECD移転価格ガイドライン2017年版」を公表したことを受け、本ガイドラインの仮訳が発表されています。2017年度版では、OECD/G20の税源浸食と利益移転(BEPS)プロジェクトの結果行われた変更事項が主にまとめられています。
