このほどインド政府は、UFIA 法（The Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets 法）＜Black Money対策法＞を施行致しました。この法令はインド国内インド人、NRI（Non Residence Indian）及びインド在留外国人等が保有するインド国外財産からもたらされる所得がインド税務当局に適正に納税されていないこと、及び外国資産を捕捉するためのものとなっております。
