モディ政権になり初めての2 月末日に発表された予算案ですが、若干驚く内容となっておりました。内国法人に対する法人税基本税率を期間限定ですが30％から25% に減少させる内容となっております。適用期間は2016年4月1日開始課税年度から4 課税年度となっております。猫の目のように変わるインド税制ですが法人税基本税率の変更は私のインド滞在歴の中でも初めての事象でした。
